Summer Eating Guide – How To Diet Correctly

The two most common words when discussing weight loss are “diet and exercise”. Dieting correctly and having an hour of cardiovascular exercise helps millions of people daily. Today, I am going to share some information about a diet that will help you start feeling better in four easy steps (as seen on the Dr. Oz show).

People always say, “I want to lose weight”. The facts of the matter is getting fit is not just about losing weight, it’s about feeling great too. This four step summer eating guide will teach you how to diet correctly to shave off the fat while feeling better daily.

  1. Follow 90/10 diet. – 90% fruits and vegetables, 10% meat and dairy. Start with a breakfast that is light and lean (Oat meal and fresh fruit – not heavy and does not over work your body). Don’t add sugar, use the fresh fruit’s natural sugar. Follow this up with a great lunch – beans make fat disappear. Beans will make you feel full, lower insulin, and are full of resistance starch. Beans accelerates fat loss in the body, period.
  2. BOMs – berries, onions and mushrooms – blast fat off the body. Use the natural compounds that resist fat – berries breakfast, onions lunch, and mushrooms for dinner.
  3. Drinks – Here is a great drink you can make at home that will fill you up full of great nutrients. 4 ounces pomegranate, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup ice and a squeeze of lemon. No toxins, lower the glucose in your system, your body will believe you are not as hungry and you will end up satisfied
  4. No exercise – feel healthy and don’t exercise for a week. After a week, start to exercise a little every day.
